Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kayell, a family-oriented digital service designed for parents and legal guardians and operated by KAIYO Media Limited (Hong Kong CR No. 3070428). Kayell turns a child's drawing, a room photograph and a guided story choice into a short personalized animation. Full regulatory details are available in the Legal Notice.

Parents and legal guardians

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Kayell is not offered directly to children. A Kayell account is optional. Stripe, acting as payment processor for Kayell, collects the billing details required to process the purchase.

Your uploads

You must have permission to use every drawing, photograph and story detail you upload. Room photographs must not contain any person, face, readable address, private document or other unauthorized personal information. You grant Kayell a limited permission to process your uploads solely to operate, secure and deliver the service.

Preview and generated film

A personalized 4-second preview may be created without payment. A one-time purchase provides one personalized 30-second film as shown on the Pricing page. Kayell is an independent product using third-party AI media-generation services; those providers do not sponsor, endorse or affiliate themselves with Kayell. Kayell provides personalized digital content, not a physical good. Generative technology can produce visual variations or artifacts, so an output cannot be guaranteed to reproduce every detail exactly. Kayell never generates or manipulates a face and does not promise any particular model identity.

Payment

The one-time $39 price, currency, taxes and final total are shown before payment. Stripe, acting as payment processor for Kayell, processes the single purchase.

Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy explicitly prohibits NSFW, pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content; violent, harmful or illegal material; hate, harassment, malware, intellectual-property infringement, face-swap, deepfake and face-manipulation requests; real people or faces; and private documents or information. User-selected story inputs are screened before generation; if screening is unavailable, generation is blocked. Kayell may reject or delete prohibited content and may suspend abusive use.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure or improve the service and may temporarily interrupt it when necessary. Material changes to pricing or these Terms apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

Refunds and mandatory rights

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.
