Acceptable Use Policy

Kayell is a family-oriented digital service designed for parents and legal guardians. It animates an authorized child's drawing inside an authorized photo of a room. It is not a face-swap, deepfake or face-manipulation service and never generates or manipulates a face.

Parents, legal guardians and authorization

You must be at least 18 years old. You must own, or have all necessary permission to use, every drawing and room photograph you submit. Do not submit material that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not submit, request or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic or sexually suggestive content;
• violent, harmful, illegal or otherwise dangerous content;
• hate, harassment, threats or targeted abuse;
• face-swap, deepfake, face manipulation, or any request involving real people or faces;
• room photos containing people, faces, documents, readable addresses, family photographs or other private information;
• content used without the required intellectual-property rights or other authorization;
• malware, automated abuse, attempts to bypass safeguards, or interference with the service.

Content safety

User-selected story inputs are screened before generation. If screening is unavailable, generation is blocked. Kayell may refuse a request, suspend abusive access, or delete prohibited content where permitted or required.

Independent digital service

Kayell is an independent product that uses third-party AI media-generation services. Those providers do not sponsor, endorse or affiliate themselves with Kayell. Kayell provides personalized digital content, not a physical good. Generative output may contain variations or artifacts, and no particular model identity is promised.
